Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
I’m the Co-Founder and COO of Fintex Inc. in Toronto. My work focuses on building strong operations, supporting growth, and helping bring technology-driven ideas to life in the financial space.
How would you describe your personal or professional vibe in 3 words?
Resilient, curious, and grounded. Resilient because of my upbringing and immigrant journey, curious because I’m always learning about new technology, and grounded because family and community keep me centered.
What’s one fun fact about you most people don’t know?
I’ve played almost every sport you can think of—basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, even baseball—and I still jump into games whenever I get the chance.
What’s your favorite TV show right now?
I’ve always enjoyed shows like Game of Thrones. I’m drawn to stories that explore leadership, strategy, and human nature, especially the way power, loyalty, and long-term thinking shape outcomes. I appreciate complex characters and high-stakes decision-making, where every move has consequences and success often depends on patience, foresight, and resilience.
What’s your most-used social media app these days?
LinkedIn. It’s where I stay connected to the professional world and follow new trends in tech and business.
What was the first social media app you ever joined?
LinkedIn, back when it felt much more personal and less content-driven. It was mostly friends and colleagues sharing career updates and life milestones. I appreciated that it focused on professional connections and genuine networking, and it has been interesting to see how it has evolved alongside my own career.
Are there any influencers or creators you never miss content from?
I'm a regular listener of Lex Fridman and Joe Rogan's podcasts, and I also follow Naval Ravikant and the All-In podcast. I've also been enjoying Patrick Boyle's take on finance and markets.

What’s the best advice you’ve heard from a podcast or interview?
That long-term success comes from consistency, not intensity. Showing up every day matters more than chasing quick wins.

I'd choose Elon Musk, Lex Fridman, or David Friedberg. With Elon, I'm captivated by his ability to turn bold visions into reality—that's the skill I want to learn. With Lex, I'd love to explore ideas in a long-form conversation format. And with Friedberg, I'd want to dive into the intersection of technology, science, and solving real-world problems.
What’s a habit, hack, or tool you swear by for staying informed or inspired?
My morning walk. That's where I reset, think clearly, and set my focus for the day. I also prioritize continuous learning, whether it's listening to podcasts, using AI to build proofs-of-concept, or staying on top of emerging technology trends.
